]]> In accordance with PCT guidelines only one month’s supply of medication can be dispensed at any one time. This is to reduce wastage. Patients wishing for more than one month’s supply of their medication must discuss it with the Doctor who might issue them in exceptional circumstances.

Please note, if you are on holiday for more than 3 months, then you must register with a surgery close to where you are staying as a Temporary Resident. Medication cannot be dispensed by the practice in these circumstances.

]]> The PPG have recently undertaken a survey to gauge the patients opinions on the unbooked morning surgeries and an overwhelming 99% of the patients wish to continue with the walk in clinic. It was also encouraging that 96% of the patients were aware that the walk in clinic is for acute and urgent problems

If we have your mobile phone number on our records you will receive a text message to remind you that you have an appointment booked for the following day. If you would like to take advantage of this service please ensure that the surgery has your mobile phone number.

If you do not wish to receive the text messages please let reception know.

We are hoping that by offering this service it will reduce the number of missed appointments.
